Welcome to the Faith Formation Program at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. We are honored to partner with parents in helping children and youth grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ through prayer, Scripture, the sacraments, and the teachings of the Catholic Church.


Our mission is to support families in nurturing a lifelong faith by providing a welcoming environment where students can learn, grow, and encounter Christ.

Faith Formation (Pre-K–12)

First Reconciliation Preparation

First Holy Communion Preparation

Confirmation Preparation


If your child is age 7 or older and has not been baptized, or was baptized in another Christian denomination, please contact the Faith Formation Office before registering. We will help determine the appropriate preparation for your child.


2026–2027 Registration


Registration is now open for new and returning families.

     Use the above make a payment button, once you're on the payment page, do not click on the link to register, fill out the form, and submit.

  • Step 3. Wait for confirmation

    Wait for confirmation from our DRE. If you do not receive a call or email within 24hrs please contact the CCE Office at (713) 921-5431.
